SEND COMMENT EMAILS
You either need to remove the comment option or send an email to the owner of the account when a comment is listed. Right now it only sends a message to the person the invoice is going to. NO ALERT TO THE COMPANY OR PERSON WHO SETUP THE ESTIMATE OR INVOICE. We nearly missed a 4400$ sale because of this oversight. It needed immediately.
We’ve added the option of disabling comments on invoice. In addition it should work the way you are describing. Please contact us if our e-mail gets blocked somehow and we’ll investigate the issue. Thanks
